Who we are
NewMO Labs builds and runs AI-powered marketing and sales systems for small and mid-sized businesses. This policy covers newmolabs.com and the forms and booking tools connected to it. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@newmolabs.com.
What we collect
- Booking information. When you book a session, our scheduling provider collects your name, email, and any details you enter.
- Intake form responses. If you complete our pre-session intake form, we collect your name, email, business details, and your answers about your marketing, tools, and goals.
- Newsletter signups. Your email address, if you subscribe.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting and security providers log standard technical information such as IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure.

- To improve our services and understand who we serve
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We do not share your business details outside NewMO Labs except with the service providers below, and only so they can do their jobs for us.
Where your data lives
We use a small number of service providers to run our business. Your information may be stored or processed by:
- Our CRM and scheduling platform (LeadConnector / HighLevel), which powers our booking calendar, forms, and email
- Our website hosting and security providers (Railway and Cloudflare)
Each of these providers has its own privacy and security practices, and we only send them what is needed to operate the service.
What clients share with us stays private
Business information you share in sessions or intake forms is treated as confidential. We never use your confidential business details in our marketing without your written permission, and we offer an NDA on request before any session.
Your choices
- You can unsubscribe from any email we send using the link in the email or by contacting us.
- You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@newmolabs.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we make meaningful changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
